From The Founder
Hello, I’m Caroline Mutsharini, Founder and Executive Producer of She Suits TV reality show. As a seasoned serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, I’ve dedicated my career to creating impactful productions and driving social change. With a strong background in management, I’ve honed my skills in leading innovative projects and empowering individuals.
Notably, I completed a documentary in Kimberley titled “Becoming Unwounded: A Healing Journey”, funded by the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), which focuses on supporting women who are victims of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and social ills.
In addition to my work in production, I’m a Business Mentor at the prestigious GIBS-J.P. Morgan Women Empowerment Programme, where I guide and support female entrepreneurs in achieving their goals. I’m also the founder of Fix a Woman’s Crown, a non-profit organization committed to breaking cycles of trauma and uplifting women and youth in need through various programmes including film.
Through She Suits, I aim to combine my passions for production, social impact, and women’s empowerment, providing a platform for dynamic female entrepreneurs to shine and inspire others. I’m excited to share this journeywith you!
