Caroll Masevhe is a highly esteemed and accomplished entrepreneur with a remarkable career spanning over 14 years in the built environment and engineering industry. Her journey began at the tender age of 23, when she founded her company, Kapcor, with a clear vision to integrate young graduates into the field, particularly women, who are often overlooked by their male counterparts.
Throughout her career, Caroll has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise, earning her a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr ENG Techno) designation from the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Wits Business School.
